Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist with recruitment processes, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees.
  • Maintain and update employee records accurately.
  • Participate in employee engagement initiatives and activities.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team.
  • Help organize HR documents and ensure they are filed correctly.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
