Job Description
Salary: $200 – $215k + benefits
Hours: 9am-5pm
Location: Hybrid
Job Responsibilities:
· Oversee and optimize operations for claims processing, onboarding, and health programs
· Develop and implement performance measures and quality improvement initiatives
· Lead and mentor a team of 160-170 employees across multiple departments
· Identify and execute strategic changes to improve firm performance
· Ensure database integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements
· Foster transparent communication across all levels of the organization
· Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction
· Drive technological innovation and process optimization initiatives
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant graduate degree preferred
· Extensive experience in operations leadership, preferably in insurance, healthcare, or law
· Strong understanding of claims processing and regulatory compliance
· Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
· Proven ability to lead large teams and drive performance improvements
· Strong quantitative and analytical skills
· Proficiency in technology and data management systems
