Job Description

Requirements:

·     Manage and maintain HRIS and timekeeping systems

·     Develop and run complex reports for HR analytics

·     Implement system upgrades and enhancements

·     Troubleshoot technical issues and provide user support

·     Ensure data integrity and security across HR systems

·     Collaborate with IT on system integrations and data migrations

·     Design and conduct user training sessions

·     Develop and maintain system documentation

Qualifications:

·     Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; a minimum of five (5) years of HR or HR Systems experience may be considered in lieu of a degree

·     5+ years of experience in HRIS administration

·     Skilled in UKG (Kronos)

·     Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

·     Excellent project management abilities

·     Proven experience in systems design and configuration, and maintain timekeeping, accruals, scheduling, and reporting
