Requirements:
· Manage and expand corporate volunteer programs
· Solicit and steward a portfolio of corporate prospects for partnerships and grants
· Coordinate corporate volunteer events from screening to post-event engagement
· Manage billing and invoicing for volunteer services and corporate partnerships
· Collaborate with program sites to identify needs and develop volunteer projects
· Oversee in-kind donation program, including logistics and database entry
· Manage and expand young professionals group
· Maintain accurate records of donor communications and events in Raiser's Edge
· Attend and support fundraising events, including evening and weekend hours
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree required
· 3-5 years of experience in related positions
· Proven experience in organizing and executing successful events
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Raiser's Edge or similar CRM
· Excellent writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills
· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
· Flexibility to work based on events
