Job Description
Responsibilities/Job Duties:
- Responsible for the investor relations process for the alternatives manager
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors and senior stakeholders
- Create marketing materials
- manage the rfp process as well as the CRM.
- Maintain and develop a positive public image for the organization
- Create and manage a strong reputation with clear communications between internal and external parties
- Partner with internal stakeholders to communicate the company strategy and market perception
- Work with legal counsel to ensure compliance on regulatory matters
- Participate in creating investment messages in collaboration with management and other internal groups
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
- At least five years of relevant business experience required
- Investor relations experience in private equity, private credit or other alternatives managers preferred
