Requirements:
· Manage full-cycle recruiting for campus and corporate roles
· Oversee pre-hire process from application to offer letters
· Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
· Manage recruitment agency relationships
· Maintain and update job descriptions
· Support employee engagement initiatives
· Assist with performance management processes
· Navigate and utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
· Adapt to evolving HR processes and systems
Qualifications:
· Minimum 3 years of HR experience, including full-cycle recruiting
· Experience managing recruitment agency relationships
· Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems
· Strong resume screening and interviewing skills
· Adaptability and willingness to work in a developing HR environment
· Experience with ADP Workforce Now preferred
