· Greet visitors and manage front desk operations
· Coordinate conference room reservations and AV needs
· Liaise with building management for common space reservations
· Source and manage vendors for office-related needs
· Handle incoming phone calls and mail/deliveries
· Maintain office supplies inventory and order business cards
· Ensure office spaces are well-organized and maintained
· Assist with special projects and overflow tasks

Qualifications:
