Job Description

Requirements:

·     Greet visitors and manage front desk operations

·     Coordinate conference room reservations and AV needs

·     Liaise with building management for common space reservations

·     Source and manage vendors for office-related needs

·     Handle incoming phone calls and mail/deliveries

·     Maintain office supplies inventory and order business cards

·     Ensure office spaces are well-organized and maintained

·     Assist with special projects and overflow tasks

·     Manage office equipment (vending machines, dishwashers, coffee machines)

Qualifications:

·     Bachelor's Degree. Experience as a receptionist preferred

·     Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

·     Strong interpersonal and communication skills

·     Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities

·     Professional attitude and appearance

·     Interest in photography preferred

·     Interest in finance and corporate practices
