Job Description
Responsibilities/Job Duties:
- Perform analysis of marketing spend areas using ROI, ROAS, CPA, and LTV
- Analyze and determine decisions based on key growth and financial metrics and targets
- Improve accuracy of forecasts through running financial models, identifying trends, and evaluating data
- Prepare and present timely reports to business leaders and advise on best operational practices
- Ensure effective communication and timely resolution of conflicts
- Plan and manage a business unit and department practices to ensure programs are aligned with company goals and objectives
- Own and drive key investment evaluation processes and promote cross-functional collaborations to enhance growth opportunities
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends and regulations that impact the business
- Report risk issues to the audit committee when necessary
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or relevant field
- Relevant experience in financial planning and analysis, accounting, or corporate finance
- Proficiency in Excel, Tableau, and SQL
- Extremely strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and with strict deadlines
- Demonstrated leadership skills
