    Experienced Legal Secretary needed to aid in daily operations of law firm including office management and document preparation. Ideal candidate will have keen attention to detail and ability to multi-task.

Job Description

Requirements:

·      Communicate effectively with clients and team members.

·      Handle office management including answering phones, handling packages, ordering supplies, greeting guests, etc.

·      Support partners in daily tasks including but not limited to: legal document proof reading, legal document drafting, and manage and coordinate cases

·      Perform additional tasks as assigned by attorneys

Qualifications:

·      5+ years of experience. Litigation and real estate experience preferred

·      Proven customer service background

·      Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

·      Sound judgment and problem-solving skills

·      Ability to work independently and collaboratively
