Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage a variety of office tasks including filing, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation services.
  • Handle incoming phone calls with professionalism, directing them to the appropriate departments or individuals.

  • Accurately transcribe meeting minutes and notes, ensuring all relevant information is captured.
  • Oversee and manage the email inbox and calendar to facilitate smooth daily operations.
  • Welcome and assist visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Prepare and proofread a range of communications including memos, invoices, and reports.
  • Maintain a high standard of polite and professional communication in all interactions.

Qualifications:
