Responsibilities:
- Design and implement detailed plans for program activities, aligning with the organization’s strategic goals.
- Oversee daily program operations, coordinating events and activities to ensure alignment with established objectives.
- Evaluate program performance regularly and adjust strategies as needed to improve outcomes.
- Manage comprehensive records of program operations, including data on participants and event outcomes.
- Compile and present detailed reports on program progress and achievements to senior management.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for program participants, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.
- Organize and conduct training sessions, workshops, and meetings to enhance participant engagement and knowledge.
- Oversee budget management for programs, including tracking expenses and ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, community organizations, and partners to enhance program visibility and impact.
- Represent the organization at professional gatherings, conferences, and public events to promote program initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with proven experience in program coordination or project management.
- Strong command of both written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail with superior time management and organizational abilities.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications and other related software.
- Capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
- Skilled in multitasking and prioritizing workloads in a fast-paced setting.
- Resides or is able to work in the Washington, D.C. area.
