Responsibilities:
- Efficiently handle a high volume of inbound calls regarding medical insurance queries.
- Provide detailed information and support to customers regarding insurance plans and services.
- Update customer information in the database while managing multiple screens and systems.
Requirements:
- At least one year of experience in a call center environment dealing with health insurance. Specifically, Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, UHC, Kaiser, or any other medical insurance plan.
- Experience with major health insurance providers preferred.
- Proficiency in typing with a minimum speed of 40 words per minute (proof required).
- Bilingual skills are highly preferred.
- Ability to manage high call volumes and work under pressure.
- BA not required; relevant experience is prioritized.
