Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently handle a high volume of inbound calls regarding medical insurance queries.
  • Provide detailed information and support to customers regarding insurance plans and services.
  • Update customer information in the database while managing multiple screens and systems.

Requirements:

  • At least one year of experience in a call center environment dealing with health insurance. Specifically, Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, UHC, Kaiser, or any other medical insurance plan.
  • Experience with major health insurance providers preferred.
  • Proficiency in typing with a minimum speed of 40 words per minute (proof required).
  • Bilingual skills are highly preferred.
  • Ability to manage high call volumes and work under pressure.
  • BA not required; relevant experience is prioritized.
