We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Managed Service Provider (MSP) Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of both Mac and PC environments, demonstrate a strong commitment to IT, and have a proven track record of managing and implementing various IT solutions. This role requires a proactive individual who can handle VIP clients, stay updated with the latest technology trends, and provide innovative solutions to complex problems.

Responsibilities:

  • IT Passion and Expertise: Demonstrate a strong passion for IT and continuously seek to expand knowledge and skills.
  • Lab Testing: Maintain a personal lab environment to conduct tests and experiments.
  • Cross-Platform Proficiency: Exhibit expertise in both Mac and PC systems, ensuring seamless integration and support.
  • Technology Enthusiast: Stay informed about the latest technology news and trends, and effectively communicate insights.
  • VIP Client Management: Provide exceptional support and service to VIP clients, ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of professionalism.
  • Autopilot Implementation: Implement and manage Microsoft Autopilot for device deployment and management.
  • Intune Management: Utilize Microsoft Intune for device and application management.
  • JAMF Proficiency: Implement and manage JAMF for Apple device management.
  • Automation and Scripting: Develop and implement automation scripts to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Problem Solving: Quickly analyze and resolve IT issues, providing innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in IT management and support.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Relevant certifications in IT and cybersecurity are a plus.
  • Operating Systems: Windows 11 Pro, Mac OS Sonoma
