Duties:
- Provide support for employees, such as answering questions about benefits
- Assist with onboarding and orientation
- Track and report on benefits programs and expenses
- Support firm’s benefits communications
- Collaborate with various departments on benefits-related programs and initiatives
- Assist with special projects as needed
Requirements:
- 2+ years’ experience in benefits, working in law services or similar field
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel)
- Strong interpersonal communications skills
- Ability to work as a team player as well as independently
