Summary:
The Recruiting Manager will be responsible for overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle, developing and executing talent acquisition strategies, and ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates and hiring teams alike. This role will require a strategic thinker with strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for finding top talent to support the organization’s growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract diverse talent across a variety of roles and levels.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and advise on market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent pools.
- Manage workforce planning and forecasting to meet business needs in a timely and efficient manner.
- Oversee the full recruiting cycle from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Ensure recruitment processes are efficient, consistent, and compliant with company policies and legal regulations.
- Implement and continuously improve processes for candidate screening, interviews, and selection to ensure the highest quality hires.
- Champion a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication, providing feedback, and ensuring a smooth and engaging interview process.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, acting as a brand ambassador for the company throughout the recruitment process.
- Partner closely with department heads, HR, and senior leadership to align recruitment needs with business goals.
- Provide regular updates and reporting to leadership on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 10-15 years of experience in recruitment, a combination of agency and finance experience preferred.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful talent acquisition strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
