Job Description
Duties:
· Support recruiting efforts
· Coordinate meetings and interviews
· Prepare forms, materials, and documentation
· Organize and maintain records
· Serve as a point person for inquiries
· Help develop and implement improvements for recruiting process
· Assist with coordinating recruiting events
· Help team with ad hoc projects as needed
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree
· 2+ years of experience in a similar environment
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
· Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
· Great multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize projects effectively in a fast-paced environment
· Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.), as well as familiarity with tracking software
