Job Description
Duties:
- Manage complex calendar for CEO, including scheduling meetings, conferences, events, travel arrangements, etc.
- Meet and greet guests and clients
- Help with overall office needs to help keep the office presentable
- Process and track expense reports
- Help team admin to ensure good workflow
- Assist with any ad hoc requests as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years’ experience working in a similar role
- Strong organization skills with good attention to detail and accuracy
- Must be able to multitask while prioritizing efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.)
