What You’ll Do:

• Oversee day-to-day field operations for healthcare projects
• Manage schedules, subcontractors, site safety, and quality control
• Act as the liaison between field and project management teams
• Ensure compliance with healthcare construction standards and AHJ requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of superintendent experience in healthcare construction
• Strong understanding of healthcare codes, infection control, interim life safety measures (ILSM)
• Proven ability to lead complex projects in active healthcare environments
• Comfortable with modern tech tools (Procore, Bluebeam, etc.)
