Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team on all people-related matters.
- Design and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives and support growth.
- Drive initiatives around culture, engagement, and organizational development.
- Provide expert guidance on HR policies, employment law, and employee relations.
- Manage disciplinary, grievance, and performance issues with professionalism and sensitivity.
- Ensure legal compliance across all HR activities, including contracts, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain accurate HR records, including contracts, leave, and employee files.
- Manage payroll inputs and liaise with finance/payroll providers.
- Handle benefits administration and vendor relationships.
- Identify training needs and coordinate internal and external training programs.
- Support managers in talent development, succession planning, and performance reviews.
- Maintain and analyze HR metrics to inform decisions and report to leadership.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc HR reports.
Requirements
- 10+ years of Human Resources experience
- Proven experience in an autonomous HR role, ideally within a growing SME.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently.
- Experience using HRIS and systems for tracking and reporting.
