Job Title: Special Care Nursery NICU RN
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Shift: NIGHTS, 7pm – 7am

Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, evidence-based care for infants in the Special Care Nursery/NICU, supporting families during critical early moments with clinical expertise and empathy.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, high-quality care during critical and joyful moments.
- Guide and support new team members and students as a clinical preceptor, modeling professional practice and patient-centered care.
- Embrace innovation and continuous learning through specialized training and clinical education.
- Respond quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing patient needs and safety.
Qualifications
- Current RN license in the state of Colorado.
- Graduate of an accredited or state board-approved nursing program (if less than 3 years of experience).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through AHA or Red Cross (valid at hire).
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required.
- STABLE certification within 6 months of hire.
- NICU nursing experience required.
