Job Title: Special Care Nursery NICU RN

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Shift: NIGHTS, 7pm – 7am

Location: Northern Colorado

Responsibilities

  • Provide compassionate, evidence-based care for infants in the Special Care Nursery/NICU, supporting families during critical early moments with clinical expertise and empathy.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, high-quality care during critical and joyful moments.
  • Guide and support new team members and students as a clinical preceptor, modeling professional practice and patient-centered care.
  • Embrace innovation and continuous learning through specialized training and clinical education.
  • Respond quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing patient needs and safety.

Qualifications

  • Current RN license in the state of Colorado.
  • Graduate of an accredited or state board-approved nursing program (if less than 3 years of experience).
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through AHA or Red Cross (valid at hire).
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required.
  • STABLE certification within 6 months of hire.
  • NICU nursing experience required.
