Job Title: Remote IT Infrastructure Engineer – Intune, Azure, and Hybrid Environments

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and self-motivated IT Infrastructure Engineer to join our remote team. This role will focus on managing and optimizing enterprise-level infrastructure across both cloud and on-premises environments. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Microsoft Intune, Azure hybrid networking, Active Directory, and enterprise security appliances.

Key Responsibilities:

Project A – Endpoint & Identity Management

• Administer and optimize Microsoft Intune for Windows endpoint management.
• Configure and troubleshoot Entra ID (Azure AD) integrations and policies.
• Maintain and support Active Directory and Active Directory Certificate Services (ADCS).
• Manage and support NDES/SCEP infrastructure for certificate-based authentication.

Project B – Hybrid Cloud & Network Infrastructure

• Design and manage Azure hybrid routing solutions including ExpressRoute.
• Support and maintain Cisco Firepower and ASA firewalls in both Azure and on-premises environments.
• Implement and manage Azure Site Recovery (ASR) for business continuity.
• Administer Veeam backup and replication solutions.
• Manage and troubleshoot VMware environments and virtual infrastructure.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Azure AD/Entra ID, and Active Directory.
• Solid understanding of NDES/SCEP and certificate services.
• Proven experience with Azure networking, ExpressRoute, and hybrid cloud setups.
• Proficiency with Cisco Firepower/ASA, Veeam, and VMware.
• Excellent troubleshooting and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
