Job Description

Title: Office Support Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls professionally and direct messages to appropriate staff
  • Assist with caregiver recruitment efforts, including scheduling and conducting phone screens
  • Collect, organize, and scan candidate documents according to an onboarding checklist
  • Upload and manage documents within SharePoint and internal filing systems
  • Support coordination of in-person interviews, following a standard script
  • Maintain detailed records and ensure compliance with credentialing requirements
  • Provide general administrative support and assist other departments as needed

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Prior experience supporting recruiting or HR strongly preferred
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Comfort conducting phone screens and following set interview procedures
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow checklists accurately
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; SharePoint experience preferred
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
