Job Title: Hospital Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert psychosocial assessments, clinical counseling, and case management for inpatient populations.
  • Coordinate care transitions and discharge planning in collaboration with nursing, providers, and community resources.
  • Operate as an independently licensed clinician while working as a valued member of the interdisciplinary care team.
  • Support behavioral health needs on the inpatient unit, including crisis intervention and emotional support.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Social Work or related field.
  • Active Colorado LCSW license (or ability to obtain before start date).
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (can be obtained upon hire).
  • Experience in inpatient, crisis, or behavioral health settings preferred.
