💡 Ideal Candidate

You're a trauma nurse leader with a proven track record in survey readiness, PI, compliance, and education. You’ve either led a trauma program or been integral to its operations. You thrive on cross-functional coordination, bringing clarity to chaos and elevating care across departments.

• Strong clinical foundation in trauma, ED, or critical care
• Experience with trauma program operations and regulatory compliance
• Skilled in education, quality improvement, and registry oversight
• Confident communicator with both clinical and administrative leaders
• Driven to grow professionally and make a regional impact
