A regional healthcare leader providing Level I Trauma and Stroke services is looking for passionate Cardiac Nurse RNs to join their dedicated team.

 

Job Responsibilities

 

Reporting to the Nurse Clinical Coordinator, the Cardiac Nurse RN will be a valued clinician providing care in line with the highest clinical professional standards. Both Days and Nights shifts are available. Key responsibilities include:

 

  • Provide exceptional patient care with up to 1:5 patient ratio across two units totaling 58-beds
  • Support patients recovering from catheterization procedures, open heart surgeries, ablations, pacemaker placement, and other diverse cardiovascular procedures
  • Ensure timely and thorough documentation
  • Educate patients and their families regarding the medical condition and treatment plan
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and hospital departments to support patient care

 

Candidate Qualifications

The ideal Inpatient Nurse RN will possess:

  • Licensed Registered Nurse
  • At least 1 year of clinical experience in acute care setting
