Job Description

Title: Digital Product Manager

Responsibilities

  • Define digital strategies, product roadmaps, and growth plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders
  • Research and assess third-party digital platforms to identify potential vendors and strategic partners
  • Translate customer and user feedback into scalable, user-centered features and enhancements
  • Develop business requirements and coordinate product launches from planning through implementation
  • Serve as the primary liaison across digital, marketing, IT, and operations teams
  • Collaborate on go-to-market strategies, digital adoption initiatives, and onboarding experiences
  • Lead stakeholder engagement and communication around performance metrics, timelines, and prioritization
  • Draft epics and user stories, coordinate Agile ceremonies, and guide backlog grooming processes
  • Present product strategies and outcomes to executive leadership to secure alignment and support
  • Support system integration and architecture review processes and ensure adherence to change controls
  • Lead functional testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and post-deployment evaluations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 10+ years of experience in financial services, with a minimum of 10 years in the mortgage domain
  • 5+ years in digital product development or digital strategy roles
  • 5+ years working in Agile product environments; proven experience writing epics and stories in Jira
  • Expertise with digital banking systems, customer onboarding tools, and platform transformation projects
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a track record of leading executive-level presentations
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams without direct authority
  • Proven success managing product development lifecycles from concept to deployment
