About the Opportunity

A well-established, growing real estate development and construction firm is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support high-impact ground-up projects across multifamily, mixed-use, and senior living sectors. This role offers a strong mentorship environment and clear paths for growth into full Project Management.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Coordinate RFIs, submittals, project documentation, and design revisions
• Assist with buyout, budgeting, scheduling, and owner/architect communications
• Support jobsite visits and collaborate with field staff to resolve issues
• Maintain project logs, meeting minutes, and construction records
• Help track cost reports, invoices, and subcontractor billing
• Learn to manage change orders, vendor coordination, and punch lists
• Gain exposure to preconstruction and project closeout procedures

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3+ years of construction project support experience (internship or full-time)
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred
• Organized, motivated, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and project management tools (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam)
• Strong communication and time management skills
• A team player ready to grow with a company that values internal promotion
