Senior Project Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager or Project Executive to lead their growing portfolio of high-rise, ground-up commercial projects. This leadership role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is ready to provide hands-on oversight across multiple large-scale developments. As the market continues to boom, they're looking to add a key player who can help guide active projects while enabling our leadership team to focus on future growth and new pursuits.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-level oversight of multiple high-rise, ground-up construction projects simultaneously.
• Collaborate closely with senior project managers and field teams to drive operational excellence.
• Step in as a hands-on leader to help manage project risk, resolve issues, and ensure successful execution.
• Lead preconstruction activities including budgeting, scheduling, logistics, and early planning coordination.
• Act as a key liaison for clients, architects, consultants, and trade partners throughout the project lifecycle.
• Champion Lean construction principles to maximize efficiency and reduce waste.
• Support mentoring and development of project teams to build future leaders.
• Work alongside executive leadership to enable increased focus on business development and strategic growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience: 10–15 years in commercial construction, including significant leadership roles.
• Project Background: Proven track record of managing high-rise, ground-up construction projects. 12+ stories required

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
