Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Summary

• The Licensed Practical Nurse is responsible for delivering safe, high-quality patient care and services under the direction of a Registered Nurse. As a member of a designated care team, the LPN collaborates with team members to achieve patient care goals. The LPN adheres to the philosophy, standards, objectives, and policies of the Department and the Organization.

Qualifications: 

• 1+ year of Nursing experience 
• Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing 
• NYS Registered Nurse (RN) license 
• Proficiency in Wound Care, Ostomy Care, Foley Catheter Insertion, and Care 
• Solid assessment, clinical, and documentation skills  
• Patient-oriented 
• Great interpersonal skills 
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) 
• Strong attention to detail 
• Highly organized
