Overview

  • Lead production operations as a Production Manager in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
  • Ensure efficient workflow and adherence to quality standards during the second shift.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes and meet organizational goals.
  • Supervise and mentor production staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Oversee daily production activities, ensuring operational efficiency and quality output.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in production management; 5 years preferred.
