Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Oversee construction projects ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to maintain project schedules.
• Implement advanced processes and technology for project management.
• Maintain open communication with ownership and suggest innovative ideas.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required; additional certifications preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in construction management; 30 years preferred.

• Strong knowledge of construction processes and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in using construction management software and tools.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams effectively.
