Overview

  • Lead and manage ground-up commercial projects from inception to completion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met.
  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, and deliverables to ensure alignment with objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project team members.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Plan, execute, and finalize projects within defined scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors for seamless project execution.
  • Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders and management.
  • Manage procurement processes and ensure resource availability.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to contractual obligations and project specifications.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in relevant field is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management; 10 years preferred.
  • Proven expertise in managing ground-up commercial projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work on-site and manage teams effectively.
