Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes to achieve organizational goals.
  • Provide strategic financial advice to operational leaders and department heads.
  • Prepare executive-level presentations detailing financial performance, risks, and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies and recommend optimizations.
  • Develop and refine KPIs, dashboards, and reports using advanced analytics tools.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in financial analysis; 5 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial modeling.
  • Experience in manufacturing or distribution industries is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Effective communication skills for presenting insights to executive leadership.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across accounting, finance, and supply chain teams.
