Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Lead recruitment efforts, including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.
  • Manage onboarding processes for new hires and conduct orientation sessions.
  • Plan and facilitate employee events such as appreciation days and holiday parties.
  • Transmit payroll changes and reconcile monthly benefits invoicing.
  • Handle employment-related inquiries and refer complex matters to the executive team.
  • Assist in compliance reporting, including ACA and EEO requirements.
  • Maintain personnel files and manage offboarding processes effectively.
  • Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment regulations.
  • Support content creation for monthly newsletters and update shared documents.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required.
  • Minimum of 2 years HR experience; 3 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in Windows and MS Office applications.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and adapt to change effectively.
  • Professional demeanor with integrity and confidentiality.
  • Self-starter capable of working independently and reliably.
  • Experience in compliance reporting and benefits administration preferred.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to relate well at all organizational levels.
