Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Initiate and manage monthly investor distributions and fund flows, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Prepare and circulate loan servicing statements to borrowers, maintaining clear communication.
  • Review and process construction loan draws and capital calls with precision.
  • Maintain and optimize internal systems, including CRM, document storage, and reporting dashboards.
  • Coordinate investor subscriptions and compliance documentation, ensuring regulatory adherence.
  • Manage capitalization tables across multiple investment vehicles with attention to detail.
  • Assist in investor reporting, annual fund audits, and operational processes to support firm growth.
  • Liaise with legal, accounting, and third-party vendors to streamline operations.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance workflows and automate key processes for efficiency.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree required, preferably in finance, business, or related fields.
  • 2–6 years of experience in finance, real estate, or fund operations preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and familiarity with CRM and project management tools.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills to manage complex operational tasks.
  • Detail-oriented with a systems-builder mentality to scale processes effectively.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a focus on innovation.
