Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Initiate and manage monthly investor distributions and fund flows, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare and circulate loan servicing statements to borrowers, maintaining clear communication.
- Review and process construction loan draws and capital calls with precision.
- Maintain and optimize internal systems, including CRM, document storage, and reporting dashboards.
- Coordinate investor subscriptions and compliance documentation, ensuring regulatory adherence.
- Manage capitalization tables across multiple investment vehicles with attention to detail.
- Assist in investor reporting, annual fund audits, and operational processes to support firm growth.
- Liaise with legal, accounting, and third-party vendors to streamline operations.
- Identify opportunities to enhance workflows and automate key processes for efficiency.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree required, preferably in finance, business, or related fields.
- 2–6 years of experience in finance, real estate, or fund operations preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and familiarity with CRM and project management tools.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills to manage complex operational tasks.
