Overview

  • Provide essential support to the administration team, ensuring smooth daily operations.

  • Assist in managing attendance, schedules, and communication with transportation services.

  • Enjoy a consistent Monday to Friday schedule from 6:45 AM to 2:45 PM.

  • Collaborate with the Executive Director and Assistant Principal during the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Report daily attendance and ensure accurate record-keeping for administrative purposes.
  • Communicate effectively with bus companies to coordinate transportation schedules.
  • Assist with the development and maintenance of daily schedules for the school.
  • Prioritize and address tasks efficiently to support administrative operations.
  • Collaborate with the administration team to ensure seamless daily functions.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
  • Participate in video interviews with key stakeholders during the hiring process.
  • Ensure compliance with background check requirements for the role.

Job Requirements

  • Associate of Science (AS) degree or equivalent educational background required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative role; 2 years preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in basic office software and tools for administrative tasks.
  • Ability to work onsite during specified hours from 6:45 AM to 2:45 PM.
  • Experience in a school environment is preferred but not mandatory.
