Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Retrieve medical records from hospital systems as required to support operations.
  • Assist providers with payor enrollments and administrative documentation.
  • Support patients with billing inquiries and payment issues, ensuring satisfaction.
  • Act as an onsite liaison between the client and healthcare providers.
  • Provide backend team support, facilitating smooth operational workflows.
  • Follow directions and meet deadlines while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Participate in MS Teams video interviews as part of the hiring process.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree required for eligibility.
