Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Provide advisory services to clients in public accounting and consulting sectors.
  • Assist in mergers and acquisitions, business restructuring, and IPO readiness.
  • Conduct financial analysis and prepare detailed reports for client presentations.
  • Collaborate with the Principal on strategic planning and project execution.
  • Support litigation efforts with accurate and timely data analysis.
  • Maintain compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  • Develop and implement solutions for complex financial challenges.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative work environment.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in advisory or consulting roles; 5 years preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of private equity, venture capital, and financial restructuring.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
  • Ability to work on-site in NYC, adhering to a structured schedule.
  • Experience with IPO readiness and litigation support is advantageous.
