Overview
- Lead clinical operations across multiple sites, ensuring operational and financial objectives are met.
- Drive strategic planning, site expansion, and clinical trial execution excellence.
- Collaborate with leadership to enhance organizational performance and growth.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
- Develop and manage budgets, financial controls, and performance metrics.
- Foster a positive work environment to attract and retain talent.
- Provide mentorship and leadership to clinical operations teams.
- Travel to sites to support directors and drive site-level performance.
- Contribute to the development of SOPs and clinical infrastructure improvements.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Collaborate in developing and implementing strategic operational plans aligned with company goals.
- Monitor financial performance indicators, investigate variances, and recommend adjustments.
- Provide oversight and management of clinical trial execution leaders.
- Ensure clinical trials comply with regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Lead initiatives to improve efficiency and effectiveness of processes and procedures.
- Develop KPIs, bonus structures, and performance metrics for teams.
- Address personnel issues collaboratively with HR and other managers.
- Drive site expansion and restructuring efforts to meet growth targets.
- Support directors and solve real-time problems during site visits.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in science/healthcare field or nursing/psychiatry/psychology.
- Minimum 10 years of clinical operations experience, with 5+ years in management.
- Strong knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and FDA regulations.
- Proven track record in financial management and organizational leadership.
- Experience in psychiatry, women’s health, or related fields is a plus.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and travel to sites within South Florida and occasionally out-of-state.
- Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams effectively.
