Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage lines of credit and financing needs, ensuring accurate processing.
  • Oversee reconciliation of interest payments for credit line activities.
  • Produce insightful reporting on cash, credit, and hedging activities.
  • Collaborate on automation initiatives across treasury operations.
  • Serve as the main contact for bank relationships and FX hedging support.
  • Proactively manage capital draws, paydowns, and related activities.
  • Coordinate with investment operations to align deal closing timelines.
  • Support special projects and process improvements as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in credit, origination, or operational roles.
  • Prior fund finance experience preferred for portfolio management tasks.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Jira, or Ontra preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for engaging with banks and senior management.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet demanding deadlines.
  • Acute attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Experience with Power BI, Excel Power Pivot, and SharePoint preferred.
