Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage trade lifecycle events for asset classes, focusing on Total Return Swaps and Bank Loans.
- Perform swap resets, trade bookings, corporate action processing, and P&L inquiries.
- Conduct daily reconciliations for Geneva and manage Bank Debt processes.
- Handle ClearPar timelines and closing loans, maintaining events like PIKs and paydowns.
- Review daily transaction, position, and cash reconciliations for TRS and Loan products.
- Identify process gaps and collaborate to create requirements for operational improvements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Perform due diligence to resolve issues promptly, avoiding financial or reputational impact.
- Stay updated on industry best practices to refine operational workflows.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Science or related field required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hedge fund operations; 4 years preferred.
- Exposure to bank loans and complex financial instruments is essential.
- Proficiency in Geneva, ClearPar, and WSO is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize daily processes and respond to ad-hoc requests efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders effectively.
