Overview

  • Join a dynamic Investor Services team as a Junior Analyst, contributing to client reporting, marketing campaigns, and CRM management.
  • Gain valuable experience in hedge fund investor relations and marketing within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
  • Develop skills at the intersection of finance, marketing, and client service, supporting cross-functional initiatives.
  • Work on-site Monday through Friday in Rowayton, CT, fostering professional growth and teamwork.
  • Contribute to marketing analytics, data visualization, and digital content creation efforts.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure accuracy and consistency in client-facing materials.
  • Assist with event preparation, investor meetings, and industry conferences, enhancing organizational presence.
  • Engage in ad hoc client requests, serving as a point of contact for inquiries and support.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Support marketing initiatives such as email campaigns, content distribution, and website updates.
  • Maintain CRM records, contact lists, and distribution groups for compliant client communications.
  • Assist in producing and distributing monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc investor reports.
  • Analyze marketing engagement metrics, website traffic, and client interaction data.
  • Coordinate investor meetings, industry events, conferences, and roadshows.
  • Collaborate with investment, compliance, operations, and investor relations teams for accurate materials.
  • Support content creation efforts, including presentations, factsheets, videos, and thought leadership campaigns.
  • Update and maintain product and firm data across industry databases.
  • Address ad hoc client requests and inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
  • 1–3 years of professional experience in financial services, marketing operations, or investor relations.
  • Proficiency in Excel and data manipulation is essential.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration and client interaction.
  • Familiarity with digital content platforms, marketing analytics tools, and CRM systems is a plus.
  • Series 3 certification will be required after joining.
  • Comfort working on-site in Rowayton, CT, Monday through Friday.
