Job Description

Overview

  • Join a leading global law firm as an HRIS Manager, ensuring compliance and supporting HR operations.
  • Collaborate with leadership to foster accountability and compliance across the organization.
  • Work in a hybrid environment, with 3-4 days on-site weekly.
  • Leverage your expertise in HRIS systems and legal compliance for impactful contributions.

  • Support the Talent department in adhering to state and federal regulations.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, including EEOC, FMLA, and ADA.
  • Conduct audits and assessments to identify and address compliance risks.
  • Manage global immigration matters, including visa applications and renewals.
  • Collaborate with outside consultants on Affirmative Action Plans and government reporting.
  • Oversee HR policies and procedures to align with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide backup support for HRIS and Benefits teams in reporting and auditing.
  • Optimize HR processes with a focus on continuous improvement and efficiency.
  • Prepare compliance reports and documentation for leadership review.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or immigration.
  • Proficiency in UKG or other HRIS systems is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of immigration and state/federal laws preferred.
  • Effective communication skills, including active listening and collaboration.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
  • Reside within a commutable distance to the office for hybrid work setup.
