Overview

  • Join a dynamic team as a Principal Content Analyst specializing in commercial transactions.
  • Contribute expertise in supply chain, contract management, AI agreements, and IP transactions.
  • Deliver actionable and timely analysis to support in-house legal teams.
  • Collaborate on technology-enhanced content, tools, and workflows for customers.
  • Engage in thought leadership through industry events, webinars, and social media.
  • Work in a hybrid environment with four days in the office weekly.
  • Contribute to the development of a commercial transactions content roadmap.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Research, interpret, and analyze complex legal topics impacting customer bases.
  • Screen cases, legislation, and regulations to update and create legal content.
  • Mentor junior team members, providing feedback and identifying growth areas.
  • Scope and manage cross-team projects, ensuring deliverables and success metrics.
  • Collaborate with analysts and commercial teams to enhance customer workflows.
  • Stay updated on emerging issues and technologies relevant to the field.
  • Drive thought leadership via customer interactions and industry participation.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; J.D. or graduate degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years practicing law with 4 years in commercial transactions.
  • Proven ability to analyze and write about legal developments effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills.
  • Ability to contextualize complex details into concise analytical content.
  • Candidates may be required to pass a test for this position.
