Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets for construction projects.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management; 10 years preferred.
• Proven expertise in managing diverse commercial or luxury retail projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and regulations.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
