Overview

  • Join a dynamic team as an Office Coordinator on a contract basis, ensuring smooth operations in a newly established workspace.
  • Support daily office functions, including mail management, supply ordering, and vendor coordination, contributing to a productive environment.
  • Collaborate with executives and teams to organize company events and enhance the office atmosphere.
  • Work onsite Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, in a vibrant and evolving office setting.
  • Adapt to a flexible and dynamic role with opportunities for long-term engagement or permanent placement.
  • Contribute to establishing processes and maintaining an inviting front desk area for staff and visitors.
  • Be part of a hybrid workforce, supporting approximately 90 team members in a collaborative environment.
  • Leverage your experience in tech or creative industries to excel in this role.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, establishing efficient processes to streamline operations.
  • Conduct daily walkthroughs to identify and address building issues, ensuring a well-maintained workspace.
  • Order office supplies and coordinate with vendors to meet operational needs effectively.
  • Maintain a tidy and inviting front desk area to create a welcoming environment for staff and visitors.
  • Collaborate with executives and teams to plan and execute company events, enhancing team engagement.
  • Adapt to a fast-paced environment with minimal training, demonstrating problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Support the transition to increased onsite work, contributing to a cohesive office culture.
  • Assist in creating a structured and organized workspace, addressing the needs of a growing team.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree required, with relevant experience in office coordination or management.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in tech or creative industries.
  • Proven ability to adapt to dynamic environments and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for maintaining office operations and aesthetics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teams and executives.
  • Experience with vendor coordination and supply management to support operational needs.
  • Flexibility to adapt to evolving job requirements and contribute to a positive office culture.
