Overview

- Work onsite Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, in a vibrant and evolving office setting.

- Contribute to establishing processes and maintaining an inviting front desk area for staff and visitors.
- Be part of a hybrid workforce, supporting approximately 90 team members in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, establishing efficient processes to streamline operations.
- Conduct daily walkthroughs to identify and address building issues, ensuring a well-maintained workspace.
- Order office supplies and coordinate with vendors to meet operational needs effectively.
- Maintain a tidy and inviting front desk area to create a welcoming environment for staff and visitors.
- Collaborate with executives and teams to plan and execute company events, enhancing team engagement.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree required, with relevant experience in office coordination or management.
