Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

• Associate of Applied Science (AAS) in Nursing or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in case management within inpatient settings.
• Experience managing caseloads exceeding 35 patients in a 500+ bed hospital.
• Strong confidence and decisiveness in professional communication and decision-making.
• Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Proficiency in healthcare documentation and compliance standards.
