• Contribute to the company's growth by overseeing a $1.5B pipeline of construction costs.

• Participate in quarterly project and profit bonus evaluations to enhance team performance.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Oversee project planning, scheduling, and budgeting for multifamily and commercial construction projects.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment and success.
• Monitor project progress and address challenges to maintain timelines and budgets.
• Implement innovative construction technologies to improve efficiency and quality.
• Lead project teams and promote a collaborative, work-hard/play-hard culture.
• Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders and management.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within project management processes.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably multifamily wood-frame projects.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and schedules for large-scale construction projects.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and collaboration.
• Proficiency in construction management software and advanced technology platforms.
