Overview

  • Lead construction projects with budgets ranging from $40M to $100M, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and implement advanced technologies in project management.
  • Manage multifamily wood-frame construction projects and high-end office space renovations.
  • Contribute to the company's growth by overseeing a $1.5B pipeline of construction costs.
  • Foster a team-first culture emphasizing coachability and professional development.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout project execution.
  • Participate in quarterly project and profit bonus evaluations to enhance team performance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Oversee project planning, scheduling, and budgeting for multifamily and commercial construction projects.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment and success.

Job Requirements
