Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Prepare detailed electrical estimates for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with specifications.
• Analyze project plans and specifications to identify cost implications and potential risks.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to develop comprehensive estimation strategies.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of electrical systems and MEP standards to inform estimation processes.
• Utilize estimation software and tools to streamline processes and enhance accuracy.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical estimating; 7 years preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and full MEP standards.
• Proficiency in estimation software and tools for construction projects.
• Demonstrated managerial experience in estimation or related roles.
