Overview

  • Lead construction projects for a dynamic organization with a robust contract pipeline exceeding $750M.
  • Manage projects ranging from $10M to $50M, focusing on hospitality and multifamily developments.
  • Contribute to the completion of wood-frame projects, including wraps, garden-style apartments, and podium designs.
  • Collaborate with experienced leadership boasting over 100 years of combined expertise.
  • Ensure project delivery aligns with client expectations and industry standards.
  • Work onsite to oversee construction activities and maintain project timelines.
  • Utilize your managerial skills to lead teams and optimize project execution.
  • Be part of a team that has successfully completed over 2,500 units lifetime.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Plan, execute, and oversee construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project requirements and objectives are met.
  • Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources to achieve optimal results.
  • Lead teams in the construction of wood-frame structures, including wraps and garden-style apartments.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to leadership on project progress.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management; 10 years preferred.
  • Proven expertise in managing projects ranging from $10M to $50M.
  • Strong knowledge of wood-frame construction methods and techniques.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to work onsite and oversee construction activities effectively.
  • Familiarity with hospitality and multifamily project requirements.
